All participants registering for Ladki Miss Maharashtra 2025 must carefully read and agree to the following rules and terms before completing the registration process.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• The participant must be a female and a resident or native of Maharashtra.
• Age limit: 18 to 28 years as of January 1, 2025.
• A valid Age Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate) must be submitted.

2. Registration Fee

• A non-refundable entry fee will be charged at the time of online registration.
• The fee covers application processing, preliminary screening, and event coordination expenses.
• No refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including withdrawal or disqualification.

3. Registration Process

• All registrations must be completed online through the official event portal.
• Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms will be automatically disqualified.
• Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email or message from the event team.

4. Document Verification

• All submitted documents (age proof, identity proof, address proof, etc.) will be verified during the screening round.
• Any falsification or misrepresentation will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

5. Audition & Screening

• Shortlisted candidates will be notified of audition dates and venues.
• The organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel auditions due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants must bear their own travel and accommodation expenses.

6. Dress Code & Presentation

• Participants are expected to adhere to the dress codes and themes communicated by the organizers for each round.
• Any form of indecent or inappropriate attire may lead to disqualification.

7. Code of Conduct

• Contestants must maintain discipline, decorum, and respect throughout the event.
• Misbehavior, misconduct, or any activity that harms the reputation of the event or organizers may result in removal from the competition.

8. Health & Safety

• Participants must be in good physical and mental health.
• The organizers will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or health issues arising during participation.

9. Image, Video, and Publicity Rights

• By registering, participants grant Venktai Entertainment LLP the right to use their name, photos, videos, and likeness for event promotion, publicity, and media purposes without additional compensation.
• The organizer reserves exclusive rights to event photography and videography.

10. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Providing false information or documents
• Non-compliance with event rules or instructions
• Unethical behavior, misconduct, or violation of public decency norms

11. Judging & Results

• The decision of the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
• No correspondence, appeal, or request for reconsideration will be entertained.

12. Organizer’s Rights

• Venktai Entertainment LLP reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of the event or rules without prior notice.
• The organizers hold full authority over selection, rounds, judging criteria, and final results.

13. Legal & General Terms

• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra only.
• Participation in the event implies acceptance of all the above rules and conditions.
